Very unique and delicious dessert to serve for your Thanksgiving dinner, or just for any other family celebration.
Cut the top of the pumpkin.
With help of a spoon scrape all pulp of fiber with seeds from inside the pumpkin and the lid.
In a small bowl beet eggs with sugar.
In a bigger bowl whisk cream cheese and slowly add the egg mixture and then vanilla.
Put some fruits on the bottom of a pumpkin (I’ve used a half a pear, cleaned and cut in bite size portions).
Fill up the pumpkin with the cream cheese mixture, leaving a half inch to the top.
Sprinkle a few raisins on top.
Bake it in the oven at 350F for about 60 minutes, or until done.
Let it cool completely.
Cover pumpkin with the lid, and bring it to the serving table.
Cut your pumpkin dessert in portions in front of your guests. Serve it with your favorit fruit syrup.
