2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cut carrots
1 red peppers
1 cup cut green beens
2 cups sliced zucchini
1 sliced onion
5-6 garlic cloves
3-4 table spoons olive oil
1/4 cup teriyaki sause
salt, black pepper & parmesan cheese to taste

Very healthy, unforgettable side dish for beef steak or baked salmon. It  also goes very well with cooked rice or spaghetti.
Quick and easy main dish for lunch or a side dish for dinner.
You can use a variety of vegetables for this recipe. It can be carrot, broccoli, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, sweet pea…etc.

Core and clean seeds from bell pepper and cut into thin wedges lengthwise; cut green beens in half; cut carrot into 1/8 inch circles, zucchini into 1/2 inch circles; cut onion in half and slice it; cut garlic in half lengthwise.

Heat the oil in the skillet to a medium-high heat. Put all vegetables in the skillet and saute for 15-20 minutes, or until vegetables get tender.

Season with salt, ground black pepper, teriyaki sause and saute for another minute. Turn the heat off.

Serve hot or cold.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving (optional).

Welcome To My Blog!

Hi, my name is Olga.  I would like to welcome you to my site.

I created it first of all, to save my family’s recipes and then to share them with my friends and those who have tasted some Russian/Ukrainian food and liked it. But I also would like to introduce it to those who haven’t yet, but would like to.

I will try to keep my recipes simple, but there are few that might require more prep time or ingredients for preparation. You will also find some of my family’s favorite American recipes here and other international cuisines.

I thank you for visiting my site. I hope you will fall in love with Russian/Ukrainian food and will come back again.
