Minty Chocolate Chips Cheesecake

3 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
4 eggs
1/2 (14oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup minty baking chocolate chips
1 cup of graham crackers crumbs
3 table spoons softened unsalted butter
1 (8oz) Original Whipped Topping
1 cup sliced almonds


This cheesecake made with minty chocolate chips, and has a gentle minty flavor.


Blend cream cheese. Add eggs one at the time, scraping down the sides of the bowl after each egg.

Whisk in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.


Fold in the chocolate chips and mix gradually with the spoon.


In the food processor crush graham crackers and half a cup of sliced almonds . Add 3 table spoons of melted butter and mix together.


Spray 9 inch round spring form pan with oil. Press the crumbs on the bottom of a form.


Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pressed crumbs and place it in the oven.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the inserted in the center of the cake wooden tooth pick  comes out clean.
Take cake out from the oven and cool completely, for about 3-4 hours, before garnishing.


With the knife separate sides of the cake from the spring form. Garnish with whipped topping, remaining almonds and 1/2 cup of chopped mint chocolate chips.


Serve with cup of tea or coffee.
