Sour Cream Cookies

2 eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of sour cream
100 gram unsalted butter
1 tea spoon soda
1 tea spoon vanilla extract
2,5 cups of flour
2 table spoons of powdered sugar

These cookies are easy to make, delicious to taste and ready in about 15 minutes.
Get your kids involved in the process of preparing them, it will give them some fun.

Turn on the oven to 350 degrees F (180C) to preheat it, while working with the dough

Whisk  eggs with sugar.

Add sour cream, …

…then add butter and vanilla.  Mix it well.

Add baking soda and flour and make a soft dough.

With a spoon and  the help of a finger put the portions of a dough on a slightly greased baking sheet,
about one inch apart from each other.

Bake them in the oven at 350F (180C) for about 15 minutes.
When cookies are ready, let them cool, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
