Carrot With Raisin Salad

4 carrots
1/2 cup of raising
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts (or  pecans)
1/2 cup of mayonnaise (or yogurt)
1 clove of garlic, minced

This salad is very easy to prepare and it is great in taste. Carrot is a wonderful supplier of health benefits. It provides our body with multiple vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which help to prevent and treat some health conditions and diseases.
Just eating a carrot a day, you may see some changes in your skin, hair, vision and more, as well as feeling more energetic. It is a great cleanser for the whole body.

Finely shred carrots.


Combine with raisins, chopped walnuts or pecans, minced garlic and mayonnaise.
I prefer to use a yogurt or salad dressing made of buttermilk, for the healthier option.
You may need to add a tiny pinch of salt if using yogurt.
