Russian Skillet-Fried Shrimps

Ingredients:

24 oz of large shrimps
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
zest of 1 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
1 table spoon of chopped dill
3-4 table spoons of olive oil

Shrimps are very easy to cook, it takes only few minutes to prepare them and you will enjoy delicious dinner after long day.

Peal and rinse shrimps. Tap dry with paper towel.

Season shrimps with salt pepper, crashed garlic (or garlic powder) and lemon zest. Mix to coat the shrimps.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Place shrimps in the skillet and saute until they all turn red on both sides.

Sprinkle over with fresh or dry dill.
