It does not take a lot to make a light healthy smoothy for your brakfast or snack. You will never make a mistake. Use a different varieties of fruits, combine them with yogurt or milk. You may add some honey for sweetness and spice it with fresh mint.
I used strawberry, apple and blueberry this time with some russian ryazhenka (cooked cultured milk)
Combine fruits, yogurt honey and spice and blend it.
