I like to use swai fillets for some of my recipes. This is one of the tender and juicy fish recipe.
Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Dip fillets into an egg solution then coat it in flour. (For an egg solution, beet 1 egg with 3 tablespoon of water.)
Heat 3-4 table spoons of oil in the skillet over a medium heat and cook fish for 5 minutes on each side.
Pour over with Alfredo sauce . You may sprinkle it with fresh dill on top.
Cover with a lid and cook for additional 5-7 minutes or until starts bubbling.
Sprinkle with italian parsley when serving.
